BOILER COAGULANT is a liquid sludge conditioner designed to prevent the formation deposits in boilers. Boiler Water sludge is caused by the presence of small quantities of hardness salts and traces of suspended matter in operational steam boilers and feed waters.This sludge settles on the surface forming a hard scale which indirectly increases the maintenance costs, degrades the heat transfer efficiency and overall boiler efficency. Therefore in order to ensure the boiler system and operate at optimum effiency it is essential that correct water conditions are maintained at all times.

Ammonium Bifluoride is white crystalline solid with the formula F2H5N. It is corrosive, non flammable. Ammonium bifluoride will react with water to form hydrofluoric acid. Ammonium bifluoride is used for cleaning and etching of metals before they are further processed. It is used as an oil well acidifier and in the etching of glass or cleaning of brick and ceramics. It may also be used for pH adjustment in industrial textile processing or laundries.

Distilled water is water that has many of its impurities removed through distillation. Distillation involves boiling the water and then condensing the steam into a clean container. Through this process, pollutants, synthetic chemicals, bacteria, parasites, herbicides, pesticides and some metals are filtered out. Distilled water is also commonly used to top off lead acid batteries used in cars and trucks. The presence of other ions commonly found in tap water will drastically reduce an automobile battery's lifespan.
