Foam PLUS is an upgraded concentrated premium anionic surfactants which has been formulated for use in the oil & gas, mineral and water well drilling engineering.
SUPERFOAM DRILLING FOAM RXSOL may be used in a variety of drilling operations. Oil Well Drilling, ranging from simple air drilling to stiff foam drilling where the foam is reinforced by the use of polymers.
Superfoam Drilling foam FOAM PLUS is a upgraded concentrated premium anionic surfactants which has been formulated for use in the oil & gas, mineral and water well drilling engineering.
DRILLING FOAM RXSOL concentration may vary depending on the specific drilling system and equipment used. However for air drilling, drill foam can be used as an effective dust suppressant, at 0.1 - 0.2% by volume in injection water. For normal drilling condition, foam can be used as 0.5-1% by volume in injection water.
DRILLING FOAM RXSOL can be mixed in water tank and introduced into the airstream. A foam injection pump with nozzle can be used. The foam drill concentration may vary depending on the specific drilling system and equipment used. Use water as clean as possible to mix to prevent fines and dirt from damaging or blocking suction-line filters of the small parts and passages of the foam pump.
SuperFoam Drilling Foam for Oil and Gas Recommended Treatment:
Mix slowly through a jet mixer or sift slowly into the vortex of a high-speed stirrer.
- Air drilling: 0.1-0.2%
- Mist Drilling: 1.0%-2.0%
- Stiff foam drilling: Mix Drilling Foam, 0.1-0.2% as foam stabilizer or 0.2-0.4%, Drilling Foam Foam Plus 1.0-1.5%

Handling and Storage ::
DRILLING FOAM RXSOL should be stored in the original supplied package for getting a long shelf life. It can also be stored in stainless steel containers. The product should be maintained within the recommended temperature range. If the concentrate freezes during transport or storage, thawing with gentle remixing will render the product completely usable.
